Early life

So with the teacher’s permission, she went out for a drama session, inside her school campus. There she gained an interest in acting.

 From her school days, she had a craze for Radio Jockey too. So when studying in her College days at PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, she used to see a Radio office while going every day. She always had eyes on that radio office, when an interview was going there, she managed to appear in the interview, and she got selected as an RJ, in the Radio Mirchi office. 

Even though she has stepped into her dream job and everything her parents disagreed to join the job in the terms of safety issues, and career. She managed her parents to accept her initially, when she started to do her job on a regular basis, her family gave her full support and strength throughout her career.

She often appeared on an entertainment channel on youtube Mirchi Tamil, when she got a huge response for her presence, Saru thought that she could start her own youtube channel named Just for women on 20th May 2014.

Her inspiration to start a channel is that no one posted content about women at that time, like how she will go through during her menstruation, cravings, dreams, and her wishes. So she thought she could do it as a video with fun content. That’s how she started streaming her channel with lots of women’s content. Just For Women show is a multi- perform content on brand focussing on entertainment and lifestyle of South Indian women.

She also gave a web series on 7th December 2020 named Chennaiku Pudhusu, starring RJ Saru, Sudharshan Gopal, Amritha, and Shrisha in which Saru has a lead role and her character was a Chef named Apoorva. This season has a season of 2 which has received a good response from the viewers.
